Registration for the D211 Innovation Summit is now open!
Township High School District 211 is excited to be hosting the 3rd Annual K-12 Innovation Summit on Saturday, March 12, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at James B. Conant High School, 700 E. Cougar Trail in Hoffman Estates.
This year's keynote speaker will be Tim Clue, a local educator, playwright, director, comedian, and motivational speaker. He is not to be missed! Also appearing as a featured presenter at this year's Summit is David Jakes, last year's keynote speaker and a recognized leader in education who focuses on the increased need to develop agile, 21st Century, personalized, and digitally-enhanced learning environments.
Teachers and administrators from school districts across the area will be sharing how they leverage innovation to truly transform the teaching and learning environment. Being innovative is about looking beyond what we currently do well, identifying the great ideas of tomorrow, and putting them into practice.
Information about this year's Innovation Summit, including registration, keynote speaker, and more can be found on the Innovation Summit website.
This year's Summit is an excellent opportunity for all to network with colleagues and gain insight and understanding of best practices in a technology-infused environment.
The Summit is free and open to all educators.
