Director of Operations and Technology
The Director of Operations and Technology provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Kane County Regional Office of Education’s (ROE) operational systems and technology infrastructure. This role ensures efficient, secure, and compliant operations across facilities, information technology, data systems, and internal processes, while aligning resources to support organizational goals and service delivery to districts. The Director collaborates closely with cabinet leadership to drive continuous improvement, manage risk, and ensure that operations and technology effectively support staff, programs, and stakeholders.This position supports the mission, vision and goals of the Regional Superintendent of Schools and acts as an effective and professional representative of the ROE.
