The CoSN Early Career K–12 CTO Academy provides all aspiring and early-career technology leaders with the leadership skills, mentorship, andnational professional network they need to successfully lead technology initiatives that support teaching and learning.

The CoSN Early CTO Academy requires two 90 minute meetings a month, and at least one meeting a month with your thought partner. Participants will also collaborate with their thought partner and create a five-minute presentation to their Early CTO peers and national thought partners.
Upon successful completion of this program, IETL will provide a $1,000 reimbursement towards the cost of the program. This reimbursement will be made to the district or the member based on paying for the program.
