Illinois Educational Technology Leaders (IETL) is excited to announce that we are seeking our next Executive Director.
IETL serves as the premier professional association for school technology leaders, policymakers, and decision makers across Illinois. Our mission is to connect, support, and inspire those who shape the digital landscape of education, ensuring technology remains a powerful, equitable, and sustainable lever for student achievement.
We are seeking a collaborative and forward thinking leader with experience in K12 education or educational technology and at least five years of leadership experience. Experience with nonprofit or association leadership is preferred.
The Executive Director will work under the governance of the IETL Board of Directors and collaborate closely with the President and Executive Committee. This individual will provide strategic management and oversight of our operations while supporting programs, partnerships, communications, member engagement, and the long term sustainability of IETL. This is a part time, independent contractor position, requiring approximately 15 to 20 hours per week. The position is remote with travel throughout Illinois.
