Most recently, I followed the lead of Hank Thiele on submitting a Sprint ConnectEd grant I learned of while at an event. The Sprint ConnectEd grant allows a one-time fee of $80 for a hotspot to provide Internet access for 4 years to families in need – process was easy and the turn-around was quick.
